Give Catalyst a try! For a reasonable monthly fee, we’ll provide you with priority support and service. A real live person will talk to you on the phone and even travel to your location, if needed, to see that your problems are solved as soon as possible.

Pricing

• $35 for 30 minutes, $65 hourly for side-by-side or telephone custom support.
• $400 monthly retainer includes 8 hours of trouble-shooting, priority support, and training. Extra hours billed at $50 per hour. When repairing hardware, all labor is included, but replacement parts will be billed separately.
